The Obermeyer Place Homeowner's Association is responsible for administering the affairs of Obermeyer Place. The Association determines community standards, sets its annual budget, and maintains reserves for the maintenance of common elements, including the exterior of all 5 buidings. Part of your ownership obligation is to pay association dues that fund the general common elements (i.e., building exteriors) of the Association. A comprehensive set of neighborhood rules and regulations has been established in the Association's "Declarations". As a member of the Association, you will be notified of all meetings and may wish to serve on its Board of Directors.
