We Guide You to New Hotspots & Local Favorites

The Aspen Snowmass area attracts talent and artistry from around the world, making our culinary scene one that rivals any major metropolitan city. From the freshly baked croissants at Louis Suisse to the black cod miso at Matsuhisa, there is something delectable in Aspen for any distinguished palate.

As you prepare for your winter or summer vacation, we encourage you to make your dinner reservations at least 30 days in advance of your desired date. Our concierge can make a reservation for you.

If you prefer to make your own reservations, check the restaurant's website.  Most use Resy and/or OpenTable, and reservations typically open at midnight 30 days in advance

Please note: Whitehouse Tavern, Meat & Cheese, and the Sundeck atop Aspen Mountain do not take any reservations.

What to Wear Dining in Aspen

In Aspen, dining out comes with a uniquely relaxed yet refined dress code—because truly, anything goes. You’ll see everything from skiers still in their après-ski gear to chic evening outfits that could grace a city runway. Most restaurants welcome both ends of the spectrum, so you can feel comfortable dressing up or keeping it casual. The key is confidence: wear what makes you feel your best, and you’ll fit right in.
